Please join us for our Annual Brothertown Nation Picnic. It’s an opportunity to meet-up and kick back with fellow tribal members, friends and family. The annual picnic is a wonderful opportunity to grow closer and celebrate all of our hard work. We will enjoy some great food and other entertainment as we relax together. It is a “family and guest friendly” event. Hope you will come early, stay late, and make a day of it.

Bring A Dish.

We will have grill items hamburgers, hotdogs, brats, and buns provided and prepared by The Eden Meat Market of Eden, WI. This is a potluck picnic, so you are asked to bring food (salads and desserts) to share with others. Drinks, plates, eating utensils, and napkins will be provided.

Bake and Bring Your Best Homemade Pie.

Charity Pie Auction featuring homemade pies and creative gift baskets! If you like pie, you will be delighted in the homemade pie selection of the auction. Come; bring a pie to sell or money to buy one or more pies. Enjoy the fun. A live auction will be conducted. Don Wagner of Don Wagner’s Auction Service of Ripon will be back this year as our extremely entertaining auctioneer.

Artists and Activities.

At Oven Island, Lakeside park you can enjoy the small amusement park (Rides include: miniature train, carousal, and roto whip) and sit and relax under the covered shelter. All of your old favorites from last year will be back again this year. Caricature drawings, Face Painting and Airbrush Tattoos, Comedy Magic, along with traditional picnic games of Volleyball, Horseshoes, Frisbee, Gunny Sack Races, and the now infamous Brothertown Tug-O-War competition will make for an unforgettable day for the entire family.

Members of the Recognition Committee will be holding a workshop on Brothertown Recognition and will be sharing ideas on how you can shape the future of the Brothertown Indian Nation and will be presenting ways that you can take a stand and be heard
