Our mission:
To learn more about what it means to be a Brothertown Indian

We currently meet quarterly around the solstices and equinoxes.  

Our activities have been:
Studying the history of the seven tribes
Making regalia
Making baskets designs found on old Brothertown baskets of New York
Making antique potato masher baskets
Learning dances
Field trip to Mohican-Stockbridge museum
Making star quilts
Sponsoring essay contest for Brothertown children
Discussions on the book "The Sacred Tree"
Learning the Algonquin languages
Field trip to the Escanaba Michigan Powwow
Last workshop for the book "The Sacred Tree"
Make Rattles and/or Fans
Tribal history "New England"
Youth contests "Poster and Essay"
Sponsoring our annual Homecoming
