Phyllis was 81 of Neenah Wisconsin, died Friday, December 11, 2009, at Vallhaven Care Center.  Phyllis was born May 14, 1928, in Neenah, daughter of Boyd Sr. and Frances (Elyard) Radcliffe.  She was employed by Kimberly Clark as a lab technician until her retirement in April 1992. 
Phyllis is survived by her children:  Pamela (Michael) Harris, Chicago, IL; Susan (Randy) Kinsling, Somis, CA; Sandy Biancardi, Grafton; grandchildren:  Challis (Christopher) Mattern, Marlon (Lettica) Harris, Caleb Harris, Todd (Ashley) Kinsling, Paige Kinsling, Dante and Nicola Biancardi; 2 great grandchildren:  Stephen Mattern and Devante Ford; a brother, Boyd Q. Radcliffe, Jr.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her former husband and good friend, Richard Mattern.
Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, December 21, 2009, at the Kessler Funeral Home, 304 S. Commercial St., Neenah.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Monday until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
