Recipes compiled in this cookbook (see book cover below) have been collected from families that belong to the Brothertown Nation across the United States. There is a collection of 350 recipes in the categories of Appetizers, Soups and Salads, Vegetables, Main Dishes and Meats, Breads and Pastries, Cookies and Deserts, and Miscellaneous.

This book is being offered as a fundraiser for the Nation and is coordinated by the Cookbook Committee. The cookbook will also be available to purchase at tribal events and a the Brothertown office in Fond du Lac Wisconsin for the cost of $8.00.
